Overview
Senior Director of Operations to oversee multi-unit restaurant operations with a strong focus on excellence in service, team leadership, and operational efficiency. This role will drive performance across locations, ensure consistency, and create exceptional guest experiences.

Drive performance across all locations, ensuring consistency and quality.
Develop and implement SOPs to ensure consistent service, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction.
Hire, train, and mentor management teams, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration.
Partner with senior leadership on sales-building initiatives, marketing activations, and community engagement strategies (as applicable).
Adapt to a hands-on, guest-focused approach with a passion for hospitality and innovation.

Qualifications
7+ years of progressive leadership in hospitality operations, with multi-unit oversight preferred
Proven experience managing high-volume, full-service restaurants
Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success in managing P&L, labor, and COGS
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a track record of team development
Hands-on, guest-focused approach with a passion for hospitality and innovation
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Develop and implement SOPs that ensure consistent service, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction
Hire, train, and mentor management teams, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration
Preferred Background & Skills
Experience in driving financial performance through effective P&L management, labor controls, and cost management
Ability to partner with senior leadership on sales-building initiatives, marketing activations, and community engagement strategies
Knowledge of compliance with health, safety, labor, and liquor regulations
Strong interpersonal skills to engage with guests and staff to reinforce brand values
