The Senior Product Manager - SOR contributes to and manages the design and development of new and existing products. This individual strategizes the full lifecycle of a product—from conception through release—and works within and/or leads cross-functional teams to create products that improve consumer experience and grow market share. The Senior Product Manager - SOR collaborates with Zinnia’s Product Organization to ensure alignment with the organization’s strategy and vision. WHAT YOU’LL DO

Contribute to the execution of all product lifecycle processes, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch. Work with cross-functional teams to fulfill product requirements, evaluate product performance, and transition products from development to commercialization. Develop a deep understanding of existing systems and customer experience to identify and fill product gaps, generate new ideas, grow market share, and drive growth. Act as a technical consultant to the product organization and lead research and prototyping of innovative technologies and products. Identify and document requirements for new products, features, and processes through market research and collaboration with sales, implementation, and customer success teams. Support the development and review of internal and external product reference materials and coordinate customer-specific rollout. Translate product/platform strategy into detailed features and user stories consumable by development teams. Ensure the technology and architectural roadmap aligns with and supports the product/business roadmap. Act as a customer liaison on technical issues related to product integration, custom development, and requirements. Responsible for product delivery, managing schedules and tasks related to all aspects of product development. Support Sales in pre-sales initiatives to help close deals. Support Marketing in content creation and market positioning. WHAT YOU’LL NEED

8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Business/Systems Analyst, or similar role Bachelor’s or equivalent in technology or related field Ability to handle issues and problems, escalate complex issues as needed Ability to foster teamwork and build collaborative relationships Technical expertise, computer skills, and project management skills Strong work ethic, ability to work independently, analytical thinking Ability to influence and work as part of a cross-functional, global team Experience in Life & Annuity Industry or financial services is required Advanced level communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients or attend events WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

Zinnia offers excellent career progression and competitive compensation. The salary range for this role is $120,000-$150,000, based on location and other factors. All offers are reviewed to ensure fair, equitable pay aligned with skills, education, experience, and location.
