In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert and trusted partner for our Transportation and Campus Activation Services, ensuring the platforms that power mobility, parking, commute tools, and access systems run flawlessly every single day.
Responsibilities
Support and optimize daily platform operations, handling troubleshooting, user inquiries, and escalations.
Translate user needs into functional system configurations, ensuring seamless platform performance.
Train end-users and maintain a knowledge base to promote system adoption and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvements in efficiency, usability, and innovation across transportation platforms.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
3–5 years of experience managing or supporting enterprise platforms, preferably in transportation, facilities, or infrastructure systems.
Proven ability to translate operational needs into technical requirements and configure system workflows or reporting features accordingly.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms).
Strong cross-functional communication skills, with a track record of collaborating across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups.
Experience developing user documentation, training materials, or knowledge bases to support system adoption.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system issues independently and drive solutions from discovery to resolution.
Project coordination or vendor management experience is a plus (e.g., working with third-party integrators or IT partners).
