15+ years of experience in data engineering, BI/analytics, and cloud migrations. Expertise in Microsoft Fabric (Data Warehouse, Lakehouse, Data Factory, Power BI). Strong knowledge of data governance and cataloging using Purview. Hands-on experience with data quality, deduplication, and handling sensitive data (PII/PHI). Proven ability to migrate and modernize pipelines from CloverDX or legacy ETL tools. Experience with Qlik/QVD-based workflows and migration strategies. Working knowledge of Azure AI services: AI Search, Cognitive Services, Intelligent Document Processing. Familiarity with Gen AI project patterns and AI Foundry usage. Proficiency with ADLS Gen2 for secure data storage and processing. Skilled in Python for automation and transformations. Leadership in platform engineering, architecture best practices, and team enablement. Experience in healthcare analytics, specifically with Epic Cogito, is a strong plus. Preferred Skills
Background in healthcare/life sciences data platforms. Knowledge of compliance mandates (HIPAA, GDPR, FDA etc.). Strong communication skills
