Marketing Manager

who thrives in a hands-on environment and can own the execution and optimization of our marketing operations. This is an “all hands on deck” role — you’ll be in the weeds setting up campaigns, while also thinking strategically about how we scale and automate. What You’ll Do

Own marketing operations across channels : email, SMS, push notifications, and other lifecycle campaigns.

Build, execute, and optimize campaigns

— from copy + creative coordination to targeting, testing, and reporting.

Manage our marketing tech stack

(ESP, CRM, analytics, attribution, SMS/push platforms, etc.) and ensure systems are connected and data flows correctly.

Run multi-channel campaigns

end-to-end: copy, creative coordination, targeting, QA, deployment, reporting.

Segment and personalize

campaigns to improve engagement, retention, and LTV.

Set up automations and lifecycle flows

(welcome series, reactivation, upsell/cross-sell, referral, etc.).

Track, analyze, and report

on campaign performance, experimenting constantly to improve open rates, CTRs, conversions, and ROI.

Partner with product, growth, and CX teams

to align messaging and drive user adoption.

Stay scrappy

— from writing subject lines to QA’ing flows, you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and make things happen.

What We’re Looking For

2–4+ years in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or CRM at a consumer tech, AI, or subscription-based company.

Hands-on experience with

email/SMS/push tools

Deep understanding of

customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization .

Comfortable setting up

multi-channel automations

and A/B tests.

Data-driven mindset: you track performance metrics and iterate quickly.

A

builder mentality

— excited to experiment, optimize, and create from scratch in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent project management skills; can juggle multiple campaigns and priorities.

Strong communication skills; you’re as comfortable writing copy as you are analyzing results.

Bonus Points

Experience in consumer AI, apps, or subscription products.

Comfort with SQL or lightweight data analysis.

Familiarity with attribution tools (Amplitude, GA, etc.).

Startup or “0 to 1” experience building marketing ops from the ground up.
