The Advisory and Product Consulting team is responsible for building, enhancing and growing the use of tools, resources and services across key areas that matter most to LPL advisors and enterprises. The Advisory team specifically owns the growth and profitability of the firm’s investment advisory programs, including the investment product offering, pricing and distribution efforts to grow the programs. The team’s goal is to enhance the experience while driving increases in net new assets and improving the firm’s economic and risk profiles. The Product Analyst
will report to the Advisory and Product Consulting teams head of Sales Operations. The Product Analyst will be responsible for the creation of executive level reports on a regular cadence and helping with analyzing the data to discover patterns or targeted segments. This role will also require expert knowledge of Excel, Tableau and Salesforce.
Responsibilities
Creation of Salesforce reporting to track lead generation and referral management Helping to track Salesforce activities and opportunities Engaging with the Platform, Marketing and Consulting teams on analyzing results of campaigns or warm leads Help create operational efficiencies within the administrative functions of the Sales team

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required Previous experience in a Sales Operations or Product Management role Enjoys working with data and is proficient in Excel Experience using Salesforce for Reporting and Workflows
Preferences
Experience in Financial Services preferred Collaborator and consensus builder who can leverage internal and external relationships to achieve desired outcomes Proficient working with PowerPoint with strong ability to build a narrative connecting visuals to the business case Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of management Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to change Experience with Tableau preferred
Pay Range
$74,400-$124,000/year Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
