Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a dynamic
Sales Director
to join a leading professional services firm delivering innovative financial solutions. This is a fully remote role (CST/EST) with the chance to make a direct impact on firm growth by building new business, expanding client relationships, and driving high-value revenue opportunities. Responsibilities
Leverage existing network and book of business to secure new clients. Proactively generate qualified leads through outreach, cold calling, networking, and partnerships. Develop and execute sales strategies to build a strong pipeline of new opportunities. Collaborate with account teams to uncover and execute large cross-sell opportunities. Expand service offerings to existing clients through tailored proposals. Track and manage cross-sell opportunities to meet revenue goals. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing. Provide timely follow-ups and consistent communication with prospects and clients. Report progress, challenges, and wins to senior leadership. Cultivate strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers. Leverage industry knowledge and professional connections to nurture high-value prospects. Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions. Qualifications
Proven success in sales leadership or business development, ideally within accounting, finance, and/or private equity. Strong professional network and established book of business. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of financial and accounting services. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable in a target-driven environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field preferred. Compensation
This role offers a base salary of
$130,000-$140,000 , with an
on-target earnings (OTE) potential of $300,000+ , uncapped commission, plus competitive benefits. About our Search Firm
