Must Have Skills
4+ years building and owning backend/platform systems end-to-end, preferably as a Founding Engineer
Strong ability to quickly stand up cloud infrastructure in an entrepreneurial environment
Comfortable shipping in tight loops—build fast, learn quickly, and iterate based on real user feedback
Exposure to agent orchestration, planning, retrieval systems, or graph-structured data (highly preferred)
Responsibilities and Job Details
Ingest and unify multi-source data (CRM and beyond) into a semi-structured context graph that informs winning strategies
Design and implement agentic systems (planner/executor patterns) to turn data into actions
Collaborate with product and GTM teams to deliver capabilities through native user surfaces like apps, chat, and integrations
Define and wire observability and success metrics such as adoption, retention, and pipeline impact
Tune trade-offs between accuracy, latency, and cost for AI systems running in production
Build fallback mechanisms and safeguards for robust, real-world performance
Work closely with customers to measure, validate, and iterate on product outcomes
Contribute to a high-trust, high-ownership engineering culture focused on small, fast, and impactful shipping cycles
Operate in a senior, nimble team with significant surface area and ownership over product direction and infrastructure decisions
