We are seeking a dynamic manager to join Oracle’s Fusion Security Team, driving the delivery of security solutions for our cloud-based Fusion Applications. In this role, you will lead the development of strategic delivery plans, oversee the execution of security projects, and ensure alignment with Oracle’s business objectives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will leverage your expertise in cloud security and distributed systems to deliver robust, scalable solutions that meet stringent compliance and performance standards.
As a leader, you will mentor and train engineers, fostering a culture of excellence by equipping them with the skills to deliver and operate secure services effectively. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of experience in cloud security, proven leadership in managing complex projects, and a passion for developing high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
Building Delivery Plans: Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to develop comprehensive roadmaps for security enhancements, integrating agile methodologies to align with business priorities and customer needs. Leading Execution: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of security projects, including resource allocation, risk mitigation, and performance tracking to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Training and Mentoring Engineers: Design and deliver training programs on secure service delivery and operations, including hands-on guidance on tools like Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) security features, DevSecOps practices, and incident management. Qualifications

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $122,500 - $291,800 per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
