Full-Time AiLO Logistics is undergoing a strategic rebrand to reflect its innovative spirit and commitment to excellence in the rapidly changing logistics landscape. The transformation incorporates technologies such as AI and automation into our supply chains, with a new logo and identity symbolizing adaptability and growth. Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO), whose role also incorporates some responsibilities of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for our logistics company. This executive will drive technological innovation, oversee IT infrastructure, and ensure digital systems align with business objectives. The CTO will guide technology strategy to improve supply chain efficiency, optimize fleet management, and enhance customer experience. Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Innovation: Define and execute the company’s technology roadmap to support logistics, transportation operations, and warehousing. Evaluate and implement emerging technologies (AI, IoT, telematics, predictive analytics) to strengthen competitiveness and efficiency. Drive digital transformation initiatives, ensuring systems scalability and long-term sustainability. Information Systems & IT Infrastructure: Oversee all IT systems including ERP, TMS, WMS, CRM, and cybersecurity protocols. Ensure system integration across departments to create a seamless flow of information. Lead cloud migration strategies, data security initiatives, and disaster recovery planning. Business Intelligence: Develop analytics capabilities for real-time insights into logistics performance. Champion the use of predictive and prescriptive analytics for demand forecasting, route optimization, and cost savings. Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor IT and software development, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Collaborate with operations, finance, and customer service leaders to ensure technology solutions meet cross-functional needs. Present technology strategies and performance metrics to the Leadership team. Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Negotiate and manage vendor relationships with software providers, cloud services, and hardware suppliers. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Align technology investments with financial goals and ROI expectations. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred). 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology roles and/or IT, with at least 5 years at an executive level. Proven track record in logistics, supply chain, or transportation industries strongly preferred. Deep knowledge of ERP, TMS, WMS, and emerging logistics technologies. Strong background in cybersecurity, cloud architecture, and enterprise data management. Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills. Ability to balance innovation with operational stability and cost control. Key Competencies

Pay:

The base pay is competitive, depending on experience ($180,000 - $230,000), to be discussed during an in-person interview. Benefits:
