Governance and Oversight: Manage Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies; oversee identity lifecycle management (provisioning, deprovisioning, access certification). Policy Development and Enforcement: Develop, implement, and maintain governance policies and standards for identity and access management; ensure adherence to industry best practices and internal controls. Access Review and Audit Support: Coordinate and manage periodic access reviews; respond to audit requests and provide documentation for compliance audits, including SOX and SOC inquiries. Metrics and Reporting: Define and monitor KPIs; provide regular governance metric reports to leadership and stakeholders. Process Improvement: Identify gaps in IGA governance processes and collaborate with technical and business teams to implement improvements. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business units, IT teams, and external auditors; lead governance discussions in cross-functional meetings. Incident Management and Risk Mitigation: Investigate and remediate issues related to identity governance; identify and mitigate access-related risks. Documentation and Training: Maintain comprehensive documentation of IGA governance processes; provide training on governance policies and procedures. Qualifications
At least 5 years of professional experience with significant involvement as a BA on complex, cross-functional projects. Proven experience in identity governance, administration, or data validation. Familiarity with identity management tools and systems; knowledge of data privacy regulations and security best practices. Experience using Visio and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle process improvement and synergy development at a big-picture level. Comfortable running SQL queries and examining project details; curiosity is key. Experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) with understanding of joiners, movers, leavers and access certification processes; preferred experience with centralized and decentralized applications. Experience creating metrics and dashboards. Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications in identity and access management or data governance. Experience with identity and access management software such as SailPoint, Okta, or Microsoft Identity Manager. Additional Skills
Highly motivated, self-directed with solid execution skills. Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve data discrepancies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork. Critical thinking and the ability to extract actionable information from data. Ability to understand complex concepts quickly; detail-oriented with awareness of broader impacts. Adaptable to changing priorities; able to manage multiple tasks and deliverables efficiently. Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve business process efficiency and impact on the organization’s goals. Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
