Overview
Registered Nurse - Full time, PMs (3pm - 11:30pm) at Hartgrove Behavioral Health System. New grads welcome. Mentoring program available. Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care on a designated unit in line with Hartgrove Hospital philosophy and objectives. Prescribe, coordinate and delegate nursing care using the nursing process as part of the multidisciplinary treatment plan. Be accountable for assigned nursing activities on a shift basis and promote professional nursing practice. Initiate restraints or seclusion as needed and assess continuation. Qualifications
Current license to practice nursing in Illinois (or eligible to receive/renew). Current CPR or BLS certification. Preferred one year of experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting. Benefits
