You're a designer with a strong foundation in packaging and the ability to flex across retail, digital, and campaign creative. You thrive when translating big-picture concepts into polished, high-quality assets that bring a brand to life. You're detail-obsessed, process-driven, and at your best when juggling multiple projects with precision and speed. You're energized by collaboration, working alongside a Creative Director to take ideas from concept through execution. You know how to contribute creatively in brainstorms, but you're equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to make those ideas real. Packaging & Retail Design Execute packaging design across Biom's product portfolio, ensuring functional, aesthetic, and brand excellence
Develop retail-ready creative, including displays, shippers, and signage, aligned with partner specifications
Collaborate with operations and production to ensure design feasibility and flawless execution
Build mockups and renderings to visualize packaging and retail solutions internally and externally
Campaign & Brand Creative Partner with the Creative Director in campaign ideation, contributing visual ideas and design perspectives
Translate campaign concepts into execution-ready assets across digital, retail, and experiential channels
Support photoshoot preparation and execution, including moodboarding, layout design, and on-set creative support
Adapt hero creative into toolkits and variations that scale across channels while maintaining brand consistency
Design Execution & Asset Creation Design digital assets for campaigns, product launches, and evergreen content — channels vary across email, SMS, website, social, and paid channels, with support from external agency partners
Craft visuals that perform, balancing conversion principles with brand integrity
Jump into design tools when needed to concept, build, or refine assets on the fly
Leverage AI capabilities to scale creative development
Collaboration & Process Report directly to the Creative Director, contributing to creative strategy while driving execution
Maintain organized design files, asset libraries, and templates that keep work scalable and efficient
Communicate proactively with cross-functional partners (marketing, product, ops) to align on priorities and deliverables
Requirements
4-6 years of professional design experience, ideally in CPG or DTC with a strong packaging focus
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
Familiarity with 3D software (KeyShot, Blender, or similar) for mockups strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience in print production, packaging specifications, and retail display design
Strong creative instincts with the ability to flex across multiple mediums and project types
Exceptional organizational skills and project management abilities; comfortable juggling competing priorities
A portfolio that highlights successful packaging, retail, and campaign design work
