The
Marketing Manager
will work closely with the cross-functional team to drive meaningful growth and foster deeper relationships with our customers. This role is ideal for a self-starter who likes to have their hands in all aspects of marketing. The marketing manager will drive growth in the cafés, online store, and wholesale programs by focusing on email marketing, trade marketing, social media, and merchandise development. Key Responsibilities
Marketing Materials Own the end-to-end development of all marketing materials, including writing creative briefs, managing cross-functional feedback, and overseeing final delivery for campaign emails, in-store signage, and wholesale assets. Website Content Lead website content strategy and execution for new product launches—including copywriting, creative asset coordination, and Shopify updates. Email Marketing Plan and deploy lifecycle and campaign emails (1–2x/month), including segmentation strategy, performance tracking, and ongoing optimization. Social Media Manage brand social media channels with a focus on content planning, Reels strategy, and community engagement. Creative Production Oversee creative production—scoping and managing all brand photoshoots for product launches, seasonal menus, and evergreen assets. Manage a network of freelance photographers and videographers who can provide support for shoots. Lead the merchandise program, including concept development, sourcing, vendor management, and inventory oversight. Influencer & PR Cultivate and manage relationships with local influencers to support brand awareness and product trial. Serve as the key liaison with the PR agency, ensuring timely communication around launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand moments. Events Plan and execute local events (approximately 2 per quarter), from concept through execution, in collaboration with internal and external partners. Budget Manage the marketing budget. Maintain a consistent brand presence through blog content that supports local SEO, brand storytelling, and customer education. Qualifications
4+ years of marketing experience in consumer goods, food & beverage, or DTC/omnichannel brands with expertise in email, social media, and e-commerce. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related subject. Proficient in Klaviyo for email marketing and campaign analytics. Advanced Shopify user with experience in product setup, CMS updates, and basic merchandising. Deep understanding of Instagram, including Reels content strategy and scheduling tools. Exceptional writer with strong brand voice fluency, and editing skills. Collaborative team player with project management strengths and cross-functional communication skills. Why Join Us
