All American Title Company’s Commercial Division is growing — and we’re looking for a Commercial Escrow Officer who can do more than close deals. This role requires someone who thrives on anticipating client needs, building deep relationships, and delivering solutions before our clients even ask. You’ll partner directly with leadership to expand our Commercial Division, serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, and bring both technical expertise and relationship-driven service that truly sets us apart. Manage and close complex commercial real estate transactions, including multi-site, multi-parcel, and mixed-use properties. Coordinate, review, and verify all documentation from brokers, lenders, attorneys, and third parties to ensure accurate, insurable closings. Draft, review, and finalize settlement statements and closing documents with precision and timeliness. Proactively identify and resolve title, legal, and documentation issues before they impact the transaction. Client Relationship Management

Act as the relationship manager for assigned accounts, delivering a concierge-level client experience. Anticipate client needs and provide timely answers, solutions, and proactive communication — ensuring clients never need to chase us for updates. Consistently WOW clients and partners with responsiveness, knowledge, and professional confidence. Partner with leadership to maintain existing accounts while actively generating new business opportunities. Collaboration & Leadership

Work closely with commercial assistants, examiners, and underwriters to coordinate workflow and resolve issues. Display executive-level leadership behaviors, modeling accountability, professionalism, and integrity. Provide guidance, training, and support to team members when needed. Participate in weekly strategy sessions with Commercial Division leadership. Qualifications

Education/Experience: Paralegal certification or equivalent experience preferred; 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate, escrow, title insurance, banking, or finance. Knowledge & Skills: Strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions, lending documentation, and escrow practices; ability to handle multiple, complex transactions simultaneously under tight timelines; proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Internet applications, and title/escrow software (SoftPro Select); exceptional communication skills; independent, resourceful problem-solver with sound judgment on when to escalate issues.
