Our client, a consulting firm supporting innovators building a healthier, more humane world, is seeking a highly skilled, resourceful, and collaborative Executive Assistant to partner with the General Counsel. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted partner and the organizational backbone of the GC’s office, ensuring seamless operations, anticipating needs, and enabling the General Counsel to focus on high-priority initiatives that drive the company’s mission.
Responsibilities
Manage complex and dynamic calendars, ensuring priorities are met and time is used effectively. Prepare, edit, and manage legal documents, presentations, and correspondence with the utmost accuracy and confidentiality. Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring agendas, materials, and logistics are well-prepared. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. Prepare, review, and reconcile monthly expense reports with precision and timeliness. Support team-wide operations, including small-scale event coordination and collaboration on larger initiatives. Partner with other Executive Assistants across the organization, providing backup coverage as needed. Lead and execute special projects on behalf of the General Counsel and leadership team. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, and handle expense reporting with meticulous attention to detail. A strong understanding of corporate terminology, processes, and confidential document management. Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to anticipate the needs of executives and take initiative to solve problems before they arise. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of building positive and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Strong critical thinking skills with a resourceful and innovative approach to solving complex logistical and administrative challenges.
