Senior Manager of Growth Creative & Digital Media — Santa Monica, CA / Full Time / Hybrid. The Senior Manager of Growth Creative & Digital Media will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and profitability of MoonJuice.com. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies across the funnel, managing paid media campaigns across various channels, and achieving key performance metrics such as Acquisition, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV). Additionally, you will originate growth creative briefs, oversee testing strategy, and provide feedback on execution and production (handled by internal creative teams or external freelancers). You will also collaborate with internal Brand Marketing and Creative to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and emerging advertising channels. The Senior Manager of Growth Creative & Digital Media will possess excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage agency/vendor partners where applicable. This role requires in-office collaboration 2 days per week in Santa Monica, CA. Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Growth Strategies:

Lead the development and execution of comprehensive growth strategies driving to our Shopify ecommerce, TikTok Shop and Meta Shop platforms, including customer acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization. Growth Creative:

Own the full creative process as it pertains to digital marketing, from concept through launch. Ideate and prioritize concepts rooted in both brand and performance. Originate performance-focused creative briefs for campaigns across paid social and other digital channels as needed. Develop testing strategies, analyze results, and provide actionable feedback to internal creative partners and external freelancers. Paid Media Management (Hands-On):

Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, with a primary focus on Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, and a secondary focus on Google Ads. Execute campaigns directly in-platform, while also coordinating with agencies for support. Budget Management:

Manage advertising budgets effectively across multiple channels to ensure optimal allocation of resources and maximize return on investment. Achieve Acquisition, CAC, and LTV Targets:

Drive efforts to achieve targeted Acquisition, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) to ensure the profitability of the business. Implement strategies to optimize campaign performance and efficiency to meet or exceed these key performance indicators. Agency & Vendor Management:

Manage relationships with paid media agencies and freelancers, including selection, onboarding, and ongoing collaboration. Provide clear direction and feedback to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives. Data Analysis and Reporting:

Utilize data analytics tools to track campaign performance across different channels, identify trends, and generate actionable insights. Prepare regular reports to communicate performance metrics and key findings to senior leadership. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and sales to ensure growth initiatives align with overall business objectives. Drive cross-functional initiatives to support growth and expansion. Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce, paid media, and digital marketing. Continually explore and evaluate new channels and technologies to optimize strategies and tactics for maximum impact. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media and growth. Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) with additional experience across Google Ads, YouTube, CTV, and other emerging channels. Experience in managing relationships with paid media agencies and freelancers and driving successful collaborations. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and digital advertising technologies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. About Moon Juice
