Job Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the planning and execution of various events, from corporate gatherings to social functions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about event management and possess exceptional organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of events from inception to completion
Communicate and liaise with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure event needs are met
Manage event logistics, including set-up, break-down, and on-site management during the event
Prepare event materials, including invitations, signage, and promotional items
Track event budgets and assist in invoice processing
Gather and organize event-related documentation, including contracts and agreements
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, communications, or a related field
Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
