Overview
We are looking for a Salesforce Solutions Architect (Technical Solutions Engineer) to design and architect scalable solutions for our customers. Youll bring the value of AgentSync's product to life by designing complex solutions that integrate AgentSync's Salesforce app into customer workflows. This role involves working with technologies including Salesforce and MuleSoft to deliver innovative solutions for the insurance industry. As a technical leader and architect, youll perform code reviews for a team of developers and should be proficient in reading and writing APEX. This position may be based in our Denver, CO office or remotely from one of the following states: CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MO, NC, NV, OH, OR, PA, TX, UT, VA, & WA. What You’ll Do
Solution Design: Develop and document technical solutions that align with product capabilities and customer requirements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Customer Collaboration: Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and objectives, translating these into effective technical solutions using our product. Product Alignment: Work closely with product teams to ensure proposed solutions fit within the product framework and contribute to ongoing improvements. Technical Expertise: Apply knowledge of the insurance industry and Salesforce platform to provide insights and recommendations that enhance our products value. Implementation Support: Assist in deployment of technical solutions, including hands-on development and oversight of engineers on projects. Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation for solutions for customers and internal teams. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and project alignment. Solution Quality Ownership: Ensure delivered solutions are high-quality, cost-effective, and address customer needs while minimizing total cost of ownership and resolving post-launch issues efficiently. 3+ years architecting and designing highly scalable enterprise Salesforce solutions across diverse industries. 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs). Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations with third-party systems. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and best practices for scalable solutions. Experience coordinating between business analysts and outsourced development teams to deliver complex enterprise solutions, translating functional requirements into technical designs. Technical Skills
Salesforce Certifications: Application Architect or System Architect (highly preferred). Proficiency in SOQL and SQL for querying Salesforce and external databases. Experience with integration middleware tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, or Dell Boomi. Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and design approaches to work within them. Communication And Collaboration
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering presentations to different audiences. Development Methodologies
Experience in Agile environments, including sprints, user stories, and backlogs. Familiarity with CI/CD processes, Git version control, and automated deployment tools for Salesforce. Problem-Solving Skills
Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges, performing root cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions. Preferred Qualifications
Domain Knowledge: Insurtech, financial services, or related industries. Familiarity with Einstein Analytics, Salesforce Communities, and other advanced Salesforce features. Experience with Salesforce testing frameworks, including test classes and assertions, to ensure robust and scalable code. Note on Applications

Salary range for Colorado: Denver/Boulder Metro $165k - $190k + Annual Bonus.
