Lead a high-impact Sponsored Results team responsible for building and scaling an ads platform that powers growth for customers. You will partner with product, engineering, and sales to optimize bidding strategies and ad performance, driving measurable revenue impact. Partner Cross-Functionally: Align closely with product and sales to focus on client acquisition, retention, and spend efficiency. Ship User Impact: Oversee features that enhance user experience and deliver value to both buyers and sellers on the platform. Own ML & Full-Stack Delivery: Guide initiatives spanning model training/serving and robust, scalable application engineering. Set Technical Strategy: Define a roadmap for growth, from auction models and bidding to platform performance and reliability. Level Up the Org: Champion mentorship, career development, and a culture of continuous improvement. Integrate Broadly: Ensure Sponsored Results is well-integrated with the broader platform and shared services. What we’re looking for: Proven success leading full-stack development teams for consumer-facing products. Experience with machine learning and advertising platforms (auctions, bidding, ranking) is highly desirable. Strong product sense and business acumen, with a track record of data-driven growth. Expertise building and scaling complex, high-traffic systems that impact client outcomes. Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., AWS) and modern distributed architectures. Excellent communication and stakeholder management across engineering, product, and go-to-market. Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership, accountability, and high-impact execution.
