We are seeking a data-driven, and creative Director of Digital & Growth Marketing to lead our digital brand presence and accelerate customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This hybrid role will combine brand-forward digital storytelling with performance-driven growth marketing, ensuring our online footprint drives both cultural relevance and measurable revenue. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance big-picture vision with hands-on execution across digital channels, performance campaigns, and funnel optimization. You\'ll lead a team of digital specialists, agency partners, and cross-functional collaborators to ensure every digital touchpoint converts curiosity into loyalty. This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.
