We are seeking a
Project Manager, Civil/Environmental Engineer
to work in the real estate development, institutions, and infrastructure market sectors. The position may be based in our
New York City, NY
or
White Plains, NY
offices. This role involves client interaction, project management for site characterization, due diligence, environmental investigations related to soil, groundwater, and vapor intrusion, regulatory interaction, and field support during remedy implementation and construction. Duties/Responsibilities
Understand client needs and develop strong client relationships. Manage financial and technical aspects of projects. Execute projects to meet technical, quality, budgetary, and scheduling requirements. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills including client deliverables and regulatory submittals. Assign and manage work effectively. Demonstrate coaching and mentoring skills. Apply quality control, planning, cost estimating, and scheduling. Plan and direct environmental field observation and testing programs, including laboratory test selection and data evaluation. Lead multi-disciplinary project teams to address client goals and objectives with primary focus on the listed areas. Skills/Experience / Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in civil or environmental engineering, geology/hydrogeology, environmental science, or related field. 7–10 years of environmental experience. Experience with the New York State Brownfield Cleanup Program and New York City Office of Environmental Remediation Program. Professional Engineer and/or Professional Geologist licensure in New York or ability to obtain licensure within 1 year is highly preferred. Strong computer literacy and proficiency in industry-standard software. OSHA 40-hr HAZWOPER training required. Salary
The salary range for this position in

White Plains, NY
is
