Overview
As the
Executive Chef , you will oversee all culinary operations for a Corporate B&I dining account at Mass Mutual in Boston, MA, serving up to 800 guests daily in the café. This account features a complimentary dining program along with a Starbucks retail program built to charge. As a key member of the culinary leadership team, you’ll also be responsible for driving innovation, quality, and guest satisfaction across all dining experiences. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 9 kitchen professionals, ensuring culinary excellence and operational efficiency. Oversee all safety and sanitation standards across the account. Deliver exceptional catering services, ranging from simple sandwich platters to high-end Board of Directors events. Manage cost controls and expenditures for the account. Plan and create all menus. Purchase and manage inventory. Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team. Preferred Qualifications
Applicants should be local to Boston, MA. Culinary degree preferred. Three to five years of culinary management experience in a high-volume setting. High volume production and catering experience is essential. Previous experience managing cost controls. Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company.
