Sales Associate
to join our boutique showroom team. Whether full-time or part-time, this position is ideal for someone who loves working in a collaborative, client-focused environmentwhere creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for meaningful moments are key. You'll assist clients in-store, online, and by phone, offering curated guidance and design expertise on showroom collections and custom pieces alike. Key Responsibilities Provide elevated, personalized service to every customer Assist with sales in-store, online, and over the phone Collaborate with clients on custom jewelry designs and modifications Merchandize and maintain visual presentation of showcases and product displays Process all sales, returns, repairs, and service transactions with accuracy and care Maintain a strong client base using CRM tools, traditional clienteling methods, and proactive outreach Participate in special events, vendor showcases, and seasonal promotions Monitor inventory and assist with replenishment and organization Support weekly audits and follow-up on open sales and custom orders Who You Are Personable : You make people feel welcome, understood, and excited about their purchases Observant : You take pride in the presentation and flow of the showroom Customer-First : You believe in building lasting relationships through care and trust Detail-Oriented : You ensure all orders, paperwork, and communications are precise and professional Sales-Savvy : You know how to guide, suggest, and inspire purchases with confidence Tech-Literate : You're comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, texting and emailing clients Driven to Learn : Youre eager to grow your skills through ongoing training and education Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of retail experience (fine jewelry or luxury retail preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Prior experience with CRM systems and POS software Interest in jewelry, design, fashion, or luxury goods GIA or jewelry-specific training is a plus Why Work With Us?
