IT Support Technician

to serve as the face of IT, providing onsite technical support across multiple Indianapolis locations. This role focuses on enhancing the digital user experience through proactive hardware support, software troubleshooting, and exceptional customer service. The technician will support end users with hardware, operating systems, enterprise applications, onboarding, and IT initiatives. Responsibilities: Provide hands-on support for end-user devices (Windows, Mac, iOS), applications (O365), and hardware peripherals. Troubleshoot technical issues, ensure device security (patches, updates), and drive proactive support initiatives. Deliver outstanding customer service, supporting users in-office, remotely, and during international travel. Assist with new hire onboarding, user training, and adoption of IT tools and services. Rotate across three Indianapolis sites to ensure seamless onsite IT support. Collaborate with infrastructure teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall user productivity. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required Certifications: CompTIA A+, Apple Certified Support Professional, and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals. Experience in help desk support and customer service roles. Proficient in Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.). Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Knowledge of hardware setup, internet security, data privacy, and network basics. Additional IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
