Marketing Project Manager

based out of

Naperville, IL . This is a

hybrid

position with flexibility to work remotely, along with expectations to work in the

$80,000 - $90,000

The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for the oversight and management of assigned projects within the SGE Marketing Services Department. The focus is to oversee concurrent projects, assist with requirements gathering and documentation, and communicate across department lines to ensure deadlines and budgets are met. This position requires a strong leader who is a self-starter, can execute with intention and influence, and communicates extremely well. This position will report directly to the Director of Integrated Marketing with a dotted line to the Senior Director of Marketing Operations. Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans and schedules for assigned Marketing initiatives and projects, including ARPE, Marketing Rocks, New Franchise Owners, Marketing Roadmap, Invoices, etc. Lead the management of assigned projects from inception to completion. Track and report the status of project activities, milestones, and deliverables to execute the project on time and on budget. Identify, assess, and facilitate resolution of business and technical issues and risks. Work with business users to establish key deliverables, document deliverables, ensure resources remain aligned with project goals, and allocate proper resource time for each project. Manage the ingestion of new projects, enhancements, and support tickets within the marketing organization in Wrike. Communicate effectively between all members of the project team by facilitating timely and appropriate generation, collection, and dissemination of project information. Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred from a four-year college or university. 3–5 years of project management experience within a Marketing environment or equivalent project execution experience. Experience with a multitude of software technologies and vendor management is required. Experience with business, functional, and technical documentation methods and best practices. Experience with project management software and tools, including Jira, Wrike, and SharePoint. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously that are large in complexity, size, scope, schedule, and budget while holding team accountable for results. Experience in marketing technologies, including ecommerce web platforms, digital marketing platforms, call center software, and CRM technologies is a plus. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
