We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital initiatives across our three companies in the marine and yachting industry. This role is perfect for a forward-thinking marketer who thrives on creativity, innovation, and driving engagement across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in digital marketing, social media, and SEO, combined with an outgoing personality and a passion for thinking outside the box.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across all three companies.
Optimize websites and content to improve search rankings (SEO) and manage paid advertising campaigns like Google Ads or PPC (SEM).
Manage and grow LinkedIn business accounts and other social platforms, ensuring relevant and impactful content tailored to each audience- including content creation, posting, and engagement.
Stay on top of digital trends and emerging platforms, recommending new opportunities for growth.
Assist with the creation and distribution of the company newsletter.
Lead SEO initiatives and optimize web presence across platforms.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Create and manage targeted email campaigns, track open rates, and refine messaging for impact.
Monitor analytics, KPIs, and ROI to track the success of digital campaigns.
Research and recommend new digital tools, trends, and strategies to keep our brands competitive.
Support content development for websites, campaigns, and client-facing digital materials.
Coordinate with internal teams to align digital campaigns with overall business goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, social media management, and content creation.
Proven ability to develop and execute creative campaigns that drive results.
Strong writing, storytelling, and visual content creation skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO platforms (SEMrush, Moz, etc.), email marketing tools, and social media management software.
Outgoing, collaborative, and creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas to the table.
Ability to manage multiple projects across different brands simultaneously.
Work Environment & Schedule
This is a full-time, in-office position | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
