Job Title: Warehouse Support Associate Location: Arlington Heigths, IL Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering Pay: $22 – $24 / hr (based on experience) Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

This role is ideal for someone with strong inventory and order fulfillment experience who is looking for a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential.

Job Description: The Warehouse Support Associate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing inventory, supporting shipping and receiving functions, and maintaining accuracy within warehouse operations. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities: Receive, store, stock, and organize inventory using barcode/QR systems Pull and prepare orders for shipment; ensure accuracy before dispatch Support cycle counting and inventory control processes Inspect shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies or damages Utilize software tools (MS Office, ERP system) for order tracking and reporting Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing freight for pick-up Operate warehouse equipment (forklift required upon permanent hire) Maintain clean, safe, and efficient warehouse practices Qualifications: 3+ years of warehouse experience including inventory,

shipping/receiving,

and order fulfillment Strong familiarity with barcode/QR code inventory systems and cycle counting High school diploma or equivalent required Intermediate Microsoft Excel/Office skills (experience with ERP systems preferred) Previous exposure to FedEx/UPS shipping software a plus Perks: Opportunity to work with a stable, well-established company Contract-to-hire pathway with full-time potential Hands-on role with variety in day-to-day tasks Overtime opportunities available Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
