Rothwell Figg, a premier intellectual property law firm in Washington, DC, is seeking an experienced patent prosecution attorney to join its patent practice in the electrical/computer fields of technology. The primary focus of this position is patent preparation and prosecution in the electrical/computer fields of technology, with the opportunity to work on a wide variety of intellectual property matters, including post-grant proceedings, litigation, opinions and counseling. Responsibilities
Prepare and prosecute patents in the electrical/computer fields of technology. Work on a wide variety of intellectual property matters, including post-grant proceedings, litigation, opinions and counseling. Qualifications
Undergraduate or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science. Two to four years of patent preparation and prosecution experience. Registration to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office is required. Top academic credentials, strong analytical abilities, and excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work well on a team. Salary & Benefits
