Talent Acquisition Business Partner State of Location: New York At Ivy Rehab, we're "All About the People"! Position may be remote; candidates must reside in the Central or Eastern Time Zone (CST/EST) to be considered. Responsibilities

Develops and executes strategies to identify, source and attract high-quality clinical candidates Works in partnership with internal partners, hiring managers and external vendors to meet the talent needs of the organization Responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and meeting defined metrics for quality, cost of hire, and time to fill Provides best-in-class recruitment experience for candidates and assigned business partners throughout the hiring process Promotes Ivy as the employer of choice Participates in special projects as required Qualifications

Proven proficiency in developing sourcing strategies utilizing multiple channels 5+ years of experience sourcing and creating pipeline of qualified candidates 5+ years of experience with full lifecycle recruiting Knowledge of applicant tracking system (ATS): posting open requisitions, tracking candidate activity and maintaining 100% compliance with required data fields Well-developed team skills, integrity, and the ability to handle interpersonal relationships and sensitive HR issues Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field of study is desired 5+ years of experience recruiting Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Nurses, or Pharmacists Experience partnering with hiring managers, HR partners and cross-functional partners to review and align on job specifications Previous experience managing direct reports Previous experience using LinkedIn Recruiter tool and other sourcing tools in a fast-paced environment Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr Compensation for this position can range from $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 based on experience. Benefits eligibility begins within your first month of employment. Generous PTO, paid holidays, and other benefits apply.
