Acentra Health is looking for a Transformation Analyst to join our growing team. Job Summary: The Transformation Analyst will serve as a member of the Transformation office. The Transformation Analyst plays a critical role in enabling enterprise transformation initiatives by analyzing data, building reports and dashboards, and developing executive-ready presentations. This role partners closely with transformation leaders and project managers to track performance, identify opportunities, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable impact. The analyst also supports project coordination and communication to keep efforts aligned with organizational goals. This is a remote position. Responsibilities: Support the planning and coordination of transformation initiatives across clinical, operational, technical, and back office areas. Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret project data, KPIs, and ROI to measure progress and outcomes. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including charters, roadmaps, reports, and governance updates. Develop clear, executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and communications that simplify complex data for leadership and stakeholders. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and risks; escalate issues to project leads when needed. Contribute to process improvement efforts by researching practices and identifying opportunities. Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings, workshops, and working sessions. Adhere to all corporate policies, including HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules. Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules. Qualifications
Required Qualifications/Experience: Bachelor’s degree. 2+ years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or operations support. Proven ability to manage data, develop reports, and translate findings into actionable insights. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including advanced Excel skills such as pivot tables and formulas) and project management tools. Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Preferred Qualifications/Experience: Experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Experience in consulting (management consulting or business transformation). Experience in healthcare, health technology, or related industries. Working knowledge of SQL or Python for data extraction, prep, and analysis. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or other process improvement methodologies. Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in medium to large organizations. Experience with transformation or portfolio management platforms like Maestro. Experience synthesizing complex data into leadership reports and board-level materials.
