Job Description Description: Carolina Precision Technologies (CPT) is a premier, full-service precision manufacturer for the medical and aerospace industries. We are a market-leading manufacturer of implants, specialty surgical instruments, cutting tools, and delivery systems for orthopedic, sports medicine, trauma, extremities, other MedSurg applications and aerospace components. Duties and Responsibilities Ability to lead the 2nd Shift team Ability to problem solve issues as they arise Skilled in blueprint reading Skilled CNC Swiss Screw Machine Operator -preferred Knowledge of running CNC machines Inspect parts per print and maintain in-process documentation Clear waste material from CNC machines during machining process Maintain proper material and lubrication levels for machine to consistently be in operation Proficient use of micrometers, calipers, various types of gauging, and specialized inspection equipment Familiarity with Citizen Machines is a plus Strong aptitude level for learning new parts/processes in a consistently changing environment. Ability to adhere to a static work schedule with overtime opportunities Must have strong documentation skills Maintain clean, clear work environment Essential Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for 10 hours and lift up to 10 lbs.
