Describe the future of a NoSQL database service that serves mission critical workloads with peaks of more than 20 million requests per second. DynamoDB is a NoSQL database that delivers single digit millisecond performance at any scale. DynamoDB customers expect the service to feel infinite, scaling to meet needs during newsworthy events or peak shopping periods. As a senior technical program manager for the DynamoDB team, you will play a critical role in making this customer experience possible. The DynamoDB team seeks a customer-obsessed, team-driven senior technical program manager to help advance engineering programs and ensure customers always have the capacity they need. Utility Computing (UC) AWS Utility Computing (UC) provides product innovations across foundational services such as S3 and EC2 and continually releases new innovations that differentiate AWS services. As a member of the UC organization, you will support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (Iot), Platform, and Productivity Apps services, including security considerations for cloud services. Key job responsibilities
Work with our leaders to help manage our planning process and ensure we are focused on the highest priority projects. Propose opportunities to streamline existing processes. Partner with engineering teams to manage our engineering programs. Manage cross-functional programs from inception to completion. Own project status communication. Consistently provide clear and concise summaries of the projects you own to leadership/management. About the team

5+ years of technical product or program management experience 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience 3+ years of software development experience 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules Preferred Qualifications

The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market.
