The Amazon Advertising team is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to architect and build the next generation of enterprise solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires deep technical expertise and experience delivering large-scale enterprise solutions that drive measurable business impact. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing strategic system roadmaps, influencing key technical and business stakeholders, and architecting solutions that scale seamlessly to support our rapidly expanding global operations. At Amazon Advertising, we help millions of customers discover new products through personalized, relevant recommendations across the web. Our Advertising Sales teams partner with both new and existing brands to expand their presence on our platforms, supported by the Sales & Partner Enablement (SPE) organization. At the core of our sales technology stack is Salesforce, integrated with our suite of 1st-party applications, enabling our sales teams to efficiently manage every aspect of the customer journey - from initial lead generation through successful campaign execution. By continuously optimizing these tools and processes, we empower our sales teams to focus on what matters most: building strategic partnerships and driving growth in one of Amazon's fastest-growing businesses. Responsibilities
Proactively identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows, optimize back-end processes, and elevate robust and scalable solutions. Create custom user experiences that streamline business processes, build world-class features at scale, and collaborate with software development teams to build seamless integrations. Design and build new features while helping implement new global initiatives. Operate independently as well as in partnership with Product Managers and key stakeholders for requirement gathering, solutions consulting, and implementation of new feature-sets. Contribute technical skill and teamwork capabilities to successfully launch global-scale features in Salesforce and beyond as part of a larger Sales Technology roadmap. Support learning and adoption of AWS technologies alongside Salesforce responsibilities. Basic Qualifications
3+ years Salesforce administration and hands-on configuration experience Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Platform Proficiency with Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and custom objects Proficiency with data management tools (Data Loader, Import Wizard) Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security frameworks Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field Preferred Qualifications
5+ years Salesforce administration and hands-on configuration experience Advanced proficiency with Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and custom objects Experience with API integrations and connecting Salesforce to external systems Experience with reporting, dashboards, and analytics Strong collaboration skills with business stakeholders and technical teams Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder) Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $94,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $207,900/year in our highest geographic market. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
