Responsibilities
Welcome customers to the service area with a friendly, professional attitude
Answer questions and direct customers to the right team member or department.
Install floor mats and ID tags in vehicles brought in for service
Safely move vehicles between the service lane, shop, and parking areas
Retrieve customer vehicles for pickup
Inspect loaner vehicles before and after use with iPads, reporting any damage.
Perform quality checks on loaner cars
Support high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
Maintain a professional appearance at all times
Follow all safety policies and promptly report any accidents
Assist with additional duties as needed
Requirements
Minimum age: 19
High school diploma or equivalent
Professional, courteous customer service skills
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment (standing/walking for extended periods)
Reliable transportation; dependable and punctual
All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
All applicants must have the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, Motor Vehicle Record checks, and drug tests
Must have a valid driver's license
