Position: Digital Communications Representative

Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (ONSITE)

Schedule: Sunday 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Thursday 11:30am - 8:00pm

Purpose of Position:

The Digital Communications Representative schedules appointments with customers using verbal and digital communications.

Key Role Accountabilities: Initiates and/or responds to our online chat (website, Facebook) channels. Interacts with inquiries via text messaging through our Softphone technology. Provide a 5-star experience to customers with proper etiquette as determined by the interaction type. Create and/or update appointments per our standard appointment policies. Must-Have Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or customer facing role High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask. Benefits:

Compensation:

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $20-$22 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
