Job Summary The Manager, Finance- Addressable Ad Sales is a critical leader on the Ad Sales team. This individual will be responsible for leading the analysis and supporting the development of financial inputs into advertising revenue projections by content provider on DTC Platform (Disney+ and Hulu) for Hulu on D+, ABC News Live and ESPN. They will also be responsible for leading and managing one Financial Analyst.

Provide forecast deliverables and insights to key business and finance stakeholders Support the implementation of revenue share agreements Collaborate with team members to compile and analyze weekly KPIs, pacing and trends, identify insights and provide recommendations to improve accuracy and decision making Support forecasting schedules, ad capacity summary, align with stakeholders to summarize key drivers (Subs, HPS, capacity) Support Finance Transformation, contribute to BI/Reporting Initiatives and support EPM system enhancement to improve accuracy and efficiency Support analysis of engagement/research projections, including key content releases and their impact on engagement; provide financial support to a variety of ad hoc projects that often have cross-functional engagement and business stakeholders; Provide financial support in analyzing ad policy, ad platforms and automation initiatives Support the development of financial inputs and support business case analysis Collaborate across the business and finance to determine financial impacts to forecasts Develop and manage a Financial Analyst Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training
Bachelor's degree required; preferred in Finance/Economics/Accounting Minimum 5 years of related work experience Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Highly collaborative, builds relationships and works closely with other key stakeholders to make well-informed decisions that establish the direction for multiple teams Thrives in a fast paced and evolving business environment with the ability to develop structure around ambiguity Leads and develops professional and managerial staff Preferred Qualifications
Experience in streaming and/or advertising is a plus, but not required The hiring range for this position in California is $126,800.00-$154,800.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
