Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for attainment of assigned goals tied to the hotel’s performance. The individual will be responsible for effectively soliciting and securing new accounts. The Senior Sales Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of Sales to achieve the hotel’s revenue and market share goals for one or more properties. The focus of sales may vary based on the respective property the associate is assigned to (i.e. Leisure, Business Travel, Group, SMERF). This role will also serve as a mentor/trainer for members of the Sales team. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates, overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly. Responsibilities

Attain assigned sales and revenue goals and training/mentoring others. Conduct solicitation calls, sales tours, and entertain clients for Leisure, SMERF, BT and/or Groups as applicable. Monitor and evaluate market trends. Maintain professional, attentive, service-oriented interactions with guests and colleagues. Adhere to Aimbridge Hospitality’s established regulations, company standards, sales standards and sales metrics. Develop a full working knowledge of the hotel operations and policies. Maintain visibility in local community and industry organizations. Assist in implementing direct sales promotions (e.g., sales blitzes). Attend required meetings and perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager or Director of Sales. Access to back-of-house areas and sensitive information; maintain trust and exercise sound judgment. Drive safely and represent the company with a professional reputation. Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent; at least 2 years of hotel sales experience. Valid driver’s license for the applicable state. Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. Experience with professional selling skills: opening, probing, supporting, closing. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks; strong organization and presentation skills. Benefits
