Main Responsibilities:
Greeting guests and owners on arrival.
Check in/out guests.
Generates folio and collects payments.
Receives housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contacts accurate departmental personnel.
Prepares and consistently restocks the front desk with supplies including preparing arrival packets and area information.
Answering phones and directing calls.
Other duties as assigned by your leader.
What are we looking for:
Proficient English language
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks to meet organizational goals and expectations.
6 months Customer Service Experience.
Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
