Production Associate - Now Hiring!
Location: Dallas, TX
Pay: $15 hourly (Note: Pay is low, but up to 10 Hours of OT weekly once fully trained)
Pay Rate:
$15.00 per hour Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Overtime:
Up to 10 hours per week available once fully trained
Position Summary:
Abundant Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Assembly Production Associate to join our team in Plano, TX. This is a hands-on role involving the assembly of electrical components and subassemblies in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities: Assemble electrical parts, wires, and subassemblies with precision Follow engineering drawings, schematics, and written instructions Maintain product quality standards during production Keep work area clean, organized, and safe Collaborate with team members and report issues to supervisors Work overtime as required to meet production goals Requirements:
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings and wire lists Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Basic verbal and written communication skills Previous experience in electronics manufacturing or production is a plus Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand, sit, bend, squat, and reach throughout the shift Use of hand tools such as crimpers, pliers, screwdrivers, and wrenches Ability to lift up to 35 lbs without assistance Good vision for detailed assembly work
