We use hi-tech CNC equipment to fabricate tons of structural steel every year. Due to growth, we are seeking an Assistant Plant Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team focused on world-class safety, consistent product quality, on-time project delivery, plant profitability, strong employee engagement, and a growth-oriented plant culture.

5+ years as an operations leader in manufacturing who has demonstrated successful leadership of a plant team 5+ years of maintaining a safe plant and a team's safety culture Proven work experience as operations manager or similar role Is process driven - sets the way forward and manages to it Experience budgeting and forecasting for a manufacturing organization Familiarity with business and financial principles Excellent communication skills Understanding of lean and six sigma principles and applications Technical degree a plus
