The Regional Senior Security Manager (RAM) plays a critical and multifaceted leadership role, overseeing the delivery and execution of guard service operations and comprehensive security programs across the client's Redwood City, CA footprint. Acting as both a strategic leader and operational manager, the RAM ensures that security initiatives are consistently aligned with the client's expectations, business objectives, and compliance requirements. This position is responsible for driving operational excellence through proactive oversight of scheduling, staffing, billing, training, and adherence to regulatory standards, while also monitoring performance metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across multiple sites. In addition to managing day-to-day operations, the RAM fosters strong client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact for all security-related needs, concerns, and escalations. By leading, mentoring, and motivating a diverse team of security professionals, the RAM cultivates a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement, ultimately ensuring a safe, secure, and professional environment for the client's people, property, and assets.

Dynamic Work Environment : Be a part of a highly engaged and results-driven team . Key Responsibilities : Oversee day-to-day security operations for multiple client sites across 3 states. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and proactively address concerns. Manage staffing, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and workforce allocation. Ensure accurate and timely billing and reporting for all client accounts. Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures to meet company and client standards. Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal regulations as well as client contractual requirements. Provide coaching, mentoring, and leadership to security personnel to promote professional development and high performance. Conduct regular site audits and inspections to maintain operational standards and identify areas for improvement. Resolve conflicts or incidents effectively, ensuring appropriate follow-up and documentation. Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, HR, and finance, to support business objectives. Qualifications :
Proven experience in security operations management, preferably in a regional or multi-site capacity. Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of security personnel. Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities. Knowledge of security industry best practices, policies, and compliance requirements. Experience with staffing, scheduling, and operational planning. Ability to analyze operational data and implement improvements. Preferred Qualifications: Military or law enforcement background. Experience in a corporate security or contracted security services environment. Leadership and team development Problem-solving and conflict resolution Operational and financial management Client-focused mindset Attention to detail and compliance orientation Adaptability and decision-making under pressure EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or equivalent field. Minimum of 8 years of relevant management experience with increasing responsibility within the private sector security industry or related public sector. Law enforcement and/or Military experience is preferred. Professional certification, such as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) preferred. Proficiency in security management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Persuasive and articulate leader able to communicate security-related concepts to a broad range of security personnel and Client colleagues. Effective project management and organizational skills to oversee complex projects. Excellent team building, collaboration, communication, and presentation skill
