Heritage Pointe Communities
Heritage Pointe is currently seeking a reliable and compassionate part time Receptionist to join our team. The person will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our community by providing excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff. This position will provide administrative support, ensure smooth front desk operations, and deliver exceptional customer service while being the welcoming face of Heritage Pointe of Fort Wayne. This is the perfect position for those people who do not wish or are unable to work full-time!
Qualifications:
High School graduate, GED, or current student, with ability to type, use computer and have basic knowledge of counting change. Must have an interest in the well-being of residents and be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and coworkers. Will maintain confidentiality of personal records of residents. Will have knowledge of facility policies and procedures for safety and disaster preparedness, residents' rights, and universal precaution. Will participate in the educational/training in-service programs provided by the facility. Positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, prospective candidates, and other visitors of the campus in a warm and pleasant manner. Answers incoming calls on a multi-line system both internally and externally, in a warm, pleasant, and professional manner as well as directs caller to the appropriate associate. Provide callers with information such as facility address, directions to facility location, facility fax number, website, and other related information. Coordinates pick up and deliveries from mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.). Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing and filing. Conduct sale of guest meals, meal tickets and employee meals. Sort and distribute weekend newspapers according to list provided. Conduct resident trust transactions.
