We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our Deerfield Beach team. As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our office, ensuring smooth daily operations. You will manage the reception duties, support general administrative tasks like data entry, scheduling, and filing, while also providing occasional backup for mailroom operations, including handling mail and packages.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional demeanor. Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Assist with scheduling, meeting room bookings, and office supplies inventory. Support administrative tasks, including data entry and filing. Coordinate with internal teams to provide seamless support for office operations. Handle the filing of requisition forms for office supplies. Provides general administrative support to the Human Resources Manager. Process outgoing and incoming mail and packages for the local offices. Organize company office supplies and work with the Purchasing Department to order new supplies as needed. Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, safety rules and instructions. Other duties as required. What's in it for you

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED). The position requires the ability to work with a personal computer in a Windows environment. Use Microsoft Office Suite software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and the Internet. Requires availability of 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Demonstrate proficient oral and written communication skills.
