We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated
Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP)
to join our team in Yakima, WA. The ideal candidate will have specialized training and a strong passion for providing comprehensive women's health care across the lifespan. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in women's health, including gynecological, reproductive, and preventative health services. Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop evidence-based treatment plans. Manage contraceptive counseling, prenatal and postpartum care, menopause management, and routine women's health screenings. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care. Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with HIPAA and organizational policies. Provide patient education on wellness, preventative care, and reproductive health. Qualifications
Current and unrestricted
Washington State Nurse Practitioner License . Certification as a
Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP-BC) . Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Minimum of 2 years' experience in women's health, OB/GYN, or family practice preferred (new graduates with strong clinical rotations will be considered). Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient advocacy. Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range:
$140,000 - $150,000 annually (based on experience). Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance. Paid time off (PTO) and holidays. Continuing education allowance and paid professional development. Retirement plan with employer match. Relocation assistance available (if applicable).
