We're seeking a Site Controller to lead financial operations across two key manufacturing facilities: located in Virginia and North Carolina. This is a high-impact role that combines strategic partnership with hands-on financial leadership. The ideal candidate will be based at one location and able to travel regularly to the other.

What You'll Do:

Serve as a strategic advisor and financial partner to plant leadership, delivering insights that drive operational performance and profitability. Lead and develop accounting teams across both locations, instilling best practices in cost control, forecasting, budgeting, and internal controls. Oversee all aspects of financial reporting and compliance, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to GAAP and SOX standards. Analyze plant performance, evaluate key metrics, and present actionable recommendations to support data-driven decisions. Maintain a strong internal control environment, safeguarding company assets and ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, commercial, and corporate teams to align financial strategies with broader business goals. Champion process improvement and ERP system optimization to enhance financial visibility and reporting efficiency. What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (CPA, MBA, or advanced degree preferred) 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience in a process manufacturing environment Hands-on experience with ERP systems-preferably SAP (S4 Hana) or JD Edwards; and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong foundation in US GAAP, cost accounting, and SOX-compliant operations Proven ability to lead multi-site teams, manage complex financial systems, and partner with senior leadership Experience driving budgeting, forecasting, and commercial finance initiatives at the plant level Key Traits for Success:
