1st shift Pick and Place Operator. The Pick and Place Operator is responsible for setup and operation of pick and place machines and hand picking parts. We’re looking for a reliable and motivated individual looking to start or continue growing a career in manufacturing.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour

Respsonsibilities:
- Sets up and operates pick and place machines.
- Approves finished products by confirming specifications.
- Enter all pertinent information required into production logs and complete work travelers and routers.
- Conduct visual inspection of pick and placed parts.
- Will work with microscopes.
- Assumes the ability to read blueprints and interpret production orientation specifications.
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
- Ability to read internal process instructions.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Excellent hand eye coordination and finger dexterity required.
- Demonstrated experience handling small and fragile parts.
- Must have a continuous improvement attitude and strong attention to details.
- Previous experience working in a production/manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Detail oriented, self-motivated with a strong sense of personal ownership and a team attitude.
