Addison Bay is looking for enthusiastic and dependable Part-Time Store Associates to join our retail team. As the face of our brand, you’ll help create an elevated shopping experience for every customer, while gaining hands-on experience in retail, customer service, and merchandising with a fast-growing activewear company.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver friendly, personalized customer service and build genuine connections with shoppers.
- Assist customers with styling, product knowledge, and fit to create an exceptional in-store experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Support inventory management: restocking, tagging, and assisting with shipments.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Collaborate with your team to meet store goals and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- A people person who enjoys engaging with customers and working as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude
- Dependable, punctual, and eager to jump in wherever needed
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfort with physical activity, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 20 pounds.
- Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll provide training!

- Part-time role based at our Suburban Square Store in Ardmore, PA
- Must be available to work on evenings and weekends or during the weekday
