JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active Texas State NP License and RN License
• Board: Board Certified in Family Practice (AANP or ANCC)
• DEA: Active DEA with Texas address
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS, CME within past 2 years, immunization records (TB, Flu, Hep B, MMR, Varicella)
• Experience: Case logs from the past 2 years
• Other Qualifications: Copies of all education and training diplomas, SS card, driver s license, color photo, telehealth experience not required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide hospitalist coverage as a Nurse Practitioner with flexible scheduling
• Manage admissions, rounding, and phone consults
• Ensure timely patient care and documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and specialty backup teams
• Comply with credentialing, immunization, and licensing requirements
