Key Responsibilities: Drive business growth by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives. Cultivate and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and community organizations. Identify new referral sources and establish long-term partnerships within the Palm Beach/ Boca Raton healthcare market. Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Actively promote Haven Home Health services to drive referral growth and meet/exceed sales goals. Qualifications: Proven track record in Home Health sales and business development Existing relationships with physicians, case managers, discharge planners and other healthcare professionals. An existing book of business IS REQUIRED Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
